Vision 2020

Three important pillars

Business decisions are not seldomly based on a gut feeling of doing the right thing at the right time. Claus Fischer and Gebhard Dieser, which followed this feeling with the inception of the company in 1990, can confirm this. But the business is growing, and the social responsibility for the people and their families increases continuously. Business decisions must be thought through well – even beyond the next generation.

Therefore, the Technogroup developed a vision in 2012, which views over the future up to the year 2020. It focuses on a sharpened company profile regarding three important pillars: On the one hand, employees and customers, who were the focus of the business activities from the very beginning. And, on the other hand, a continuity of values, actions and developments that are no longer based on the principles of an owner-managed company but of a new management-led and responsible corporate governance.

The concentration on the core business and the identification of employees with all aspects of the development strategy should be expedient on three levels.

The way ahead is clearly paved, and thus, products and processes have to be tested for their sustainability and the results have to be condensed into a holistic strategy.

The vision 2020 is a clear appeal directed to every single employee and manager to take responsibility and to commit themselves to this path. Only by combining our efforts, the course for a successful, both personal and corporate, future is set.

The topic is symbolically accompanied by three gear wheels that represent the three pillars employees, customers and company, on which the vision 2020 is built.
