“Since the beginning of my many years of employment in the IT industry, service and customer orientation has been the focus of all my activities. After starting as a Service Desk Team Leader, I was able to gain in depth knowledge of service account support and until the end of 2016, I was responsible for upholding our high level of quality standards as Head of Service Delivery Management.
The career perspectives provided by the Discipline of International Business were a key factor in my decision to switch to sales. In my current position, I especially value the contact with our International customers and Partners. In particular, my focus is centered on establishing a global network of partnerships together with my team, and on opening up new development potential in close collaboration with our business partners.
The job brings with it opportunities to travel and to deepen my intercultural competence, which are a personal bonus. At the same time, I greatly appreciate the spirit of cooperation and collegiality, which is also reflected in the “open door policy” of our Directors and Management.
