Your responsibilities:

  • Technical customer service as member of the technical field service in the respective region
  • Executing maintenance on our customers’ premises
  • Troubleshooting, assessment and repair of devices and systems
  • Independent installation and configuration of IT systems
  • Executing preventive maintenance
  • Focal point datacenter support


Your profile:

  • Completed certified technical training (ideally as an IT systems electronics technician) with at least 4 years of work experience
  • Sound hardware knowledge of current manufacturers such as IBM, HP, Dell or EMC²
  • Ability to work independently as well as customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of English/Dutch
  • Driver’s license category 3 (category B)
  • Willingness to participate in on-call service
  • ITIL certification would be an advantage but is not a must
