Third-party maintenance provider headquartered on the banks of the River Main is pivotal for data centers and their maintenance
The delegation of new members of the CDU party’s Economic Council accompanied the director of the Hessen state association Michael Dillmann on a visit to the headquarters of Technogroup in Hochheim. The company provides data processing service centers and IT infrastructures in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands with manufacturer-independent services. “Without IT the German economy would lose its strength in only a few days. In any company, data lines and their processing are as important as the people who operate the machines – and we make sure that the servers keep running,” explains host Dr. Ralf Dingeldein, CEO of Technogroup. The company has expanded enormously over the past few years, without losing the warm-heartedness of a family-run business. The new members of the Economic Council were also welcomed to the networking event on the premises of this Hochheim-based company.
Manufacturers maintain that the operators of servers and data centers should preferably upgrade to the latest generation of hardware at very short intervals. Their production is a strain on the environment and incurs huge procurement costs. The real lifespan of these high-cost components determines how investments are distrbuted – powerful IT is crucial to digitization and to industry 4.0. “Being completely independent of hardware manufacturers, we offer maintenance of the same high quality but without age restrictions. There is no age limit for the hardware that we service,” explains Dr. Dingeldein.
This also garnered the attention of the new members of the Economic Council, who went on a tour of Technogroup’s HQ. The CDU party’s Economic Council boasts 12,000 members nationwide, 1,700 of them in Hessen alone. The association offers a comprehensive platform for shaping economic and social policies within the social market economy, thereby directly promoting business. “As a company with far-reaching objectives, joining the Economic Council is a good thing for getting to know our fellow entrepreneurs on a level playing field and stimulatingthe exchange of business-related information,” Technogroup CEO Dr. Ralf Dingeldein, a long-standing member of the Economic Council says.
