Depot Repair

The repair centre is an important part of the Technogroup. Under laboratory conditions, highly qualified technicians inspect and repair IT equipment manufacturer independently.

We repair tape drives, monitors, power supplies, workplace printers, etc. and test all components for full functionality in the respective customer-specific system environment. Defective parts will only be replaced by high-quality components and wearing parts will generally be renewed.

A full functional warranty offers you additional security. The repair time from receipt of defective parts in our repair centre to their dispatch generally takes between 5-10 days. System-critical parts can be repaired and tested within the shortest time period on customer requests.

IT-Sales

DISTRIBUTION OF SPARE PARTS

Besides the manufacturers, the Technogroup holds Germany’s largest stock of replacement parts and system components. With its seven 24-hour logistic centres, Technogroup delivers at any time 7/24/365 to every location. All spare parts are stored in our alarm secured central warehouse and quickly identifiable through barcodes.

SYSTEM TRADING

The Technogroup provides you as good as new and refurbished systems from excess inventory, test environments or the leasing business.

After extensive testing, the systems are again qualified for the market. In addition to new systems, we offer a cost-optimised Technogroup maintenance contract. Otherwise, we can also issue an MSQ-Certificate (Maintenance Service Qualified) for manufacturer’s maintenance, so you have full warranty without risk.

Whether you increase your storage capacity for some time or require additional performance for a project, the Technogroup provides you with the needed hardware on a short-term rental basis. In case of budget constraints, we offer highly flexible and tailored leasing and financing options.
