The repair centre is an important part of the Technogroup. Under laboratory conditions, highly qualified technicians inspect and repair IT equipment manufacturer independently.
We repair tape drives, monitors, power supplies, workplace printers, etc. and test all components for full functionality in the respective customer-specific system environment. Defective parts will only be replaced by high-quality components and wearing parts will generally be renewed.
A full functional warranty offers you additional security. The repair time from receipt of defective parts in our repair centre to their dispatch generally takes between 5-10 days. System-critical parts can be repaired and tested within the shortest time period on customer requests.
DISTRIBUTION OF SPARE PARTS
Besides the manufacturers, the Technogroup holds Germany’s largest stock of replacement parts and system components.
